Personal Story Submission

Everyone has a story. Everyone's story is unique.

You can talk about where you were born, where you have lived, what brought you to Fremont, what you like about our Central Park and Lake Elizabeth, what your profession is. You can talk about your family and what you hope to do in the future.

Some people might not feel comfortable attempting to write their story. No problem. You can tell me your story and I will write it up and have you review it for accuracy.

Option 1: Mail a hardcopy of your story to:

Please do not send handwritten copy unless you print very legibly. No longhand please. If I cannot read it I will ask you to re-submit in typewritten form.

Please remember to include this contact information when you send your story:

• Your name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address (if used)

I DO NOT need your address or any other personal information.

The contact information above is required because if your story is selected for inclusion in the book I need to be able to contact you.

If your story is selected I would like to take your photograph to accompany your story.  We would schedule a date and time for you to come to Central Park to have your photograph taken.

At that time you will need to sign a release form that gives me approval to use your photo and story in the book.
