The instructors at Pacific West Gymnastics believe physical and mental development go hand in hand in formulating full human potential. The use of gymnastics fulfills the physical aspect of a young person’s growth potential.

Many of Pacific West’s members come from the Asian community so the color palette of red and gold, commonly found in Asian culture were natural selections. The transformation of the gymnast into a star is representational of the excellence achieved through structured physical programs such as gymnastics.
