Scope: Develop logo and theme

The sun really does rise over Mission Peak, one of two distinctive landmarks in Fremont. Mission Peak and Lake Elizabeth in Fremont’s Central Park are the two key elements in the design. The five stars in the morning sky represent the five original towns that comprise the City. The sunrise signifies a new day dawning. The simplified mission-style arch represents the historic Mission San José located in Fremont.
